SHOPPING INFORMATION

Charges are levied on deliveries depending on the location.

For items within the CBD, say Nairobi, they are delivered free of charge.

On items outside the location of vendor, charges depend on the location.

Delivery is done from the the time of payment. This normally takes less than 24 hours, depending on your location (local orders).

On items shipped from abroad, this takes up 30 days. However, this varies from vendor to another. 

The good thing is that we advise you on the item delivery timeline upon purchase.

Upon placing an order, the products are dispatched as per the shipping details provided on the shop.

On local orders, they are shipped within 24 hours.

You can then track the status of your order at Order Tracking

Upon a successful payment of an item, we will sent you an e-invoice to the effect.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

A wish list, wishlist or want list is an itemization of goods or services that a person or organization desires.

You can initiate a return within 7 days after delivery / collection for Eligible reasons or Change of mind:

  • Eligible reasons – wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size, and counterfeit items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process).
  • “Change of mind”- You can return items if you change your mind but refunds will only be processed if the package seal is still intact and if the product is in no way tampered with.

When returning an item, Ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging.

Please note that this shall be subject to out return policy

It is possible to cancel your order any time before payment or delivery is done. Otherwise it will be under a ‘return’ which is catered for under return policy.

This is an option available for our customers to track the status of their orders.
